总经理徐日勇 工商管理硕士，探矿研究员级高级工程师，国家注册监理工程师、造价工程师、咨询工程师，曾获江苏省“五一”劳动模范称号。

  具有工商管理与地质工程施工等专业背景，从事地质工程、矿山开采工程项目管理工作二十余年。历任华东建设基础工程总公司胜达分公司副总经理，华东地质建设集团信息商务部经理，华东矿山（尾矿治理）工程有限公司副总经理。现为江苏华东地质工程有限公司总经理。

· now is general manager of Jiangsu East China Geological Engineering Co.,Ltd.

副总经理兼总工程师舒茂  水工环高级工程师，硕士研究生学历，环境影响评价工程师、环境监理工程师。

2003年参加工作，从事环境影响评价、矿山生态环境保护、地下水调查评价、土壤修复等相关工作十余年，具有丰富的理论和实践经验。先后主持编制或组织实施几十项环境影响评价，土壤和地下水调查评估及土壤修复项目，省级环保重点科研课题一项。先后在国家核心期刊上发表论文6篇。现为公司副总经理兼总工程师。

· presided over the preparation or  implementation of dozens of environmental impact assessment, soil and groundwater investigation and assessment and soil remediation projects and one provincial key research projects of environmental protection.Has published 6 papers in the national core journals.

· Now is the vice-general manager of the company.

副总经理魏厚红  双本科，经济师，探矿高级工程师，注册安全工程师，具有冶金机械和计算机应用专业背景，主要研究方向：固体矿产勘查钻探工程，冶金机械，积极推广岩芯钻探新技术、新工艺运用，担任全国第一届全国地勘钻探职业技能大赛固体矿产钻探工比赛裁判及技术指导，现担任公司副总经理。

副总经理葛斐  　　 地矿高级工程师，本科，西北大学地质学专业毕业，担任过玻利维亚项目技术负责、临安详查项目经理，具有丰富的现场工作经验，现担任公司副总经理。

Ge Fei

deputy general manager, senior engineer of Geology and mineral resources, bachelor degree, graduated from Northwest University in geology, served as the technical director of Bolivia project and the project manager of Lin'an detailed survey. He has rich on-site work experience and now serves as the deputy general manager of the company.
